Dear CCG user
Welcome to the new CCG web site.
Following a long period of little change we are happy to welcome you on the new CCG website.
We have opted to build this new website based on the phpBB forum script. Although this means the information within is now forum structured, it also allows for easier and more flexible presentation of new information. It will help users to easily identify updates made to specific areas by highlighting the section updates were made to and there is even a community area where users can leave us feedback, report issues or ask questions in a more traditional forum type way.
We hope this will make it easier for the global community to find and use the information within.
We do ask everyone to go through the registration process again as we have not been able to transfer the current user groups details to this new platform and this system has a better support function for managing its users details without our interference.
REMEMBER: The new CCG website is still in BETA and there will be some further tweaking based on feedback from the community.

WHEN YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE BELOW, YOU ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OFTHIS AGREEMENT TO BE ABLE TO USE THE DIGITAL TOOLS CONTAINED ON THIS WEBSITE (OR OTHER EXTERNAL MEDIA). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DECLINE WHERE INSTRUCTED, AND DO NOT USE THE DIGITAL TOOLS CONTAINED ON THIS WEBSITE (OR OTHER EXTERNAL MEDIA). This EMI Recorded Music Clean Components Guide Online ("CCG Online", "CCGWEB" or "WWW.CCGWEB.COM") End User License Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which you are licensed to use the digital artwork process found here. Digital Tools refers to
(A) all of the contents of the website including all documentation, guides, manuals, templates, fonts, logos, and photos, and
(B) modified versions, upgrades, updates, additions, and hard copies of these items.
EMI RECORDED MUSIC grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the CCG Online (aka WWW.CCGWEB.COM) website and its digital assets, provided that you agree to the following:
1. Use of the CCG Online Website.
1.1 You may access the "www.ccgweb.com" website free of charge to obtain information and digital tools for the purposes of creating,producing and distributing digital artwork for any division of EMI Recorded Music worldwide.
1.2 You may download available digital tools as required for the purposes stated in 1.1.
1.3 You may make copies and hold the digital tools locally with full understanding that all specifications and digital tools are subject to change at any time, and that these changes will be posted, as required, on the CCG Online website.
1.4 You will make every effort to keep your name and email contact information up-to-date so that EMI Recorded Music Release Managementcan keep you informed as to new and/or revised information to the CCG Online.
1.5 You agree to read and abide by the terms of this document and any "read me" file that accompanies a downloaded digital tool from this website or linked website.
1.6 FONT SOFTWARE. The fontography sets contained on this website contain company-owned logos that may have size,colour and placement restrictions. Additionally, there are logos owned by third parties that are frequently required on EMI Recorded Music product. You are not free to use any logo in any setting, but are free to use logos as required by EMI Recorded Music repertoire owners per their instructions as setout in their individual design briefs. If digital artwork is commissioned without a design brief, it is the responsibility of the supplier (designer or repro company) to obtain permission and or instructions with regard to any particular company-owned or third party logo.
2.Copyright. The CCG Online website and its digital tools (as described above) and any copies that you make are owned by EMI Recorded Music or named third parties. You must treat this website and its contents just as you would any other copyrighted material. You agree not to modify, adapt or translate the contents of this website in any way without expressed, written consent from EMI Recorded Music Release Management. Trademarks shall be used in accordance with accepted trademark practice, including identification of trademark owners names. Trademarks can only be used to identify printed output produced with the CCG Online digital tools and such use does not give you any rights of ownership in that trademark.Except as stated above, this Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the CCG Online digital tools. This Agreement provides the terms and conditions under which you are licensed to use the CCG Online. It is not an agreement for the sale of the CCG Online to you.
3. Transfer. You may not rent, lease, sublicense or lend the CCG Online.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. EMI RECORDED MUSIC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO ANY OTHER MATTERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EMI RECORDED MUSIC AND ITS SUPPLIERS DO NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE CCG ONLINE WEBSITE AND ITS DIGITAL TOOLS.
5. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL EMI RECORDED MUSIC OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
